Breaking: After Oduduwa Agitators Clashed With Police, See What Sunday Igboho Said About It

Oduduwa, like Biafra, has been agitating for a breakaway from Nigeria for a long time. Insecurity concerns and threats from Fulani herdsmen and bandits in the southwest are undoubtedly one of the main reasons for the agitations in Nigeria. Chief Sunday Adeyemo, also known as Sunday Igboho, has now issued a statement urging all Yoruba people not to target the police. This comes just hours after the protester was charged with assaulting police officers.

The Yoruba nation Agitators took to the streets of Abeokuta for their rally just hours ago, despite police warnings that no rally should be held.

The rally was held after a community leader announced that they had talked to the police and that no one could prevent them from walking openly in their homeland. He went on to say that they are not offenders and that they would not attack anybody.

Sunday Igboho told the Yoruba Indigenes and Oduduwa agitators that men and officers of the Nigeria Police Force from Yoruba land are with them, according to a statement released by his media assistant, Olayomi Koiki, on his social media account. All true Yoruba Indigenes should not target any police officer, according to the Yoruba activist.

” All the Yoruba police are behind us, ” he continued. We would never go to war with them. Do not fight with the police if you are a real Yoruba, then they are not fighting (us). “

Finally, Sunday Igboho confirmed that they no longer want the Nigerian government. I’ m glad to learn that they’ re collaborating with law enforcement and that there won’ t be any violence during their protest.
