One of the boats conveying Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) officials and materials for the Ondo State Governorship election has capsized in Ilaje Local Government Area.
In a video shared online, the staff and materials meant for the election can be seen floating on the water while other boats are rushing down to render help.
