The deceased who’s a 38-year-old woman identified as Gladys Oforiwaa Kumi is reported to have served her husband ‘rice water’ as dinner whiles the man was expecting a sumptuous meal on his return from the farm.
Apparently, the man identified only as JK was treated this way by his wife simply because he failed to give housekeeping money.
He said the suspect returned from the farm to enjoy his food only to be served rice pudding.

Nana Abunyaa said JK got furious, grabbed a knife and stabbed the deceased multiple times, leading to her death.
The suspect is in police custody assisting with the investigation.
The unfortunate incident occurred at Ohia-Tokrom, a village in the Eastern Region.
