Fiction: I Fell in Love With My Class Teacher, When I Told Him, He Started Treating Me Differently.
Some few years back, I did some things o never knew that I could do. When I was in SS3, I had a new mathematics teacher who was a good teacher. The way he solved mathematical problems with ease made me admire his intelligence and physical looks. In fact, while he taught us in class, he would always advice that we should take our academics seriously. I began yo see him just like an elder brother. I applied his advice for both maths and personal life and I had began to improve.
Three weeks before our exams, I summoned the courage to tell him that I loved him. That morning, as I left the hostel, I sprayed my body perfume and made sure my powder was neatly applied. I had ensured my uniform was well ironed. After our morning assembly, I went to his office. He thought I had come to ask for maths solutions. I started out gently and slowly and he was smile all through. When I was done talking. He said nothing but kept smiling. I thought he welcomed my words until he showed me his wife and children in the album that lay on his desk. He said he could not even have anything to do with a student. He was angry at me and sent me out of his office.
Ever since that day, I was always in shame of what I did. He would always ask me to come out and solve maths problems. He would ask me to do the difficult ones and when I failed them, the rest of the class would jeer at me scornfully. He had treated me badly and roughly and since then, I learnt my lessons to focus on my books and not on the teacher. I wrote a letter of apology to him. I hoped he would change his attitude towards me but he continued to be stern and strict on me till I graduated from school. If all teachers were like the good looking maths teacher who had no interest in students but in teaching his students then most of our school problems would be half solved.
