The #occupynigerdelta movement gains momentum as the ultimatum reaches its final stage.
The statement made available to the press, by the third phase amnesty generals through their leader comrade Ebi John has thrown their weight to the total shutdown of the Niger Delta if the NDDC board is not inaugurated before the expiration of the ultimatum.
