Dr. Richard has enlightened people about the causes of swollen feet and legs. On a video on social media, the doctor said that you should never say poison is the cause of swollen feet, any person you see, that his or her leg is swollen, two things are responsible for it.

He also added, that sometimes some people’s own might be a little bit different, in this situation, it’s not just the feet, that might be swollen, the leg might as well be swollen, he said when you see someone with such swollen legs, it’s as a result of blockage of the lymphatic channel, he disclosed, that it doesn’t go inside when you press that one because it is different.
He revealed, that Elephantiasis and filariasis can also cause swollen legs, it’s a different issue because someone’s leg can be that swollen if he or she doesn’t feed well like the case of kwashiorkor, it happens when the person doesn’t eat food, that contains proteins, the leg will be swollen, you many see someone of them with a swollen tummy because it’s filled up with water.
